Exactly One Month to Go!

Everyone keeps asking about the "wedding," and where thier invitation is, etc.  So, I'm starting this blog to keep everyone updated on our lives and our new life together.  Plus, it will be neat to be able to look back a year from now and read about what kind of things have been happening over the course of our first year of marriage!
On August 21, 2010, we will officially be Mr. and Mrs. Lucas McCraw.  We are ecstatic!  It has been a long road, but one well worth traveling.  We will be getting married at the Biltmore Village Inn, located in Asheville, NC at 7:45p.m.  The officiant will be Dr. C. Fred Werhan of Candler, NC. The photographer will be Melissa Markis of Asheville, NC.  We have decided to keep the ceremony focused on the two of us, resulting in no guest list.  We hope that everyone understands that this is not because we do not want to share our nuptials with you all, but because we would rather have our wedding more intimate and the way it should be -- just about us and the life we're going to share with each other, and it's also wayyyy more economical this way.  We will absolutely be sure to post pictures, after the wedding, to share with everyone.  I went and tried on my dress to make sure it fit, at the lady that's doing the alterations house, tonight -- it fits like a diamond ring!  ;)  Yay!
I've pretty much got everything figured out and lined up in that department, except for Lucas' attire for the evening... and i still need something old and something borrowed.  Hmmm.
